The new feature provides customers with a graphical view of any shift in rankings over the past year allowing the provider to stay informed of global or specific geographic historical movements. By clicking on a specific ranking number in the Internet Index report, customers can view the historical graph to show where the customer has been over the past year.Advanced Provider Reports
New Why Report page explains the positive or negative ranking changes for a specific customer helping to explain the circumstances behind a shift. Star icons located next to all organizations and regions creates easy to read Network and Market Watch lists. Depending on whether the star is filled in, the specific AS or region will appear on the watch list. New event icons such as lost customer, dropped provider, new market and changed provider are featured next to each news item allowing users to quickly scan the report to find the news pertaining most to them.News Filtering
Advanced news rending techniques increase the reliability and relevance of all current news events. A move in ranking in a specific geography will now render a news entry. Additionally, non-news irregularities within specific geographic locations are censored.
